93 Nevins and 453 Pacific were designed to be highly energy-efficient, healthy and cost effective. After careful consideration of existing site conditions and the natural resources available, a hybrid solar/gas system with radiant floors was designed. Each residence will be equipped with an array of evacuated tube solar collectors and a gas-fired Robur reversible heat pump unit.
